PRIMARY CURRENT INJECTION TESTSET-600Amp TECHNICAL FEATURES : Input : 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50Hz, AC Output : 0 - 600Amp at 1.5 Volts (Open Circuit Voltage) Variable. All three phases will have individual current control. Duty cycle : 100%. Tolerance :+5%. Over Current Relay based over current tripping will be provided such that the current output will trip when output current is beyond limit. CONTROL & MEASUREMENT SECTION WILL BE PROVIDED WITH….. 1. Power mains ON – OFF operation is done by means of an MCB along with ‘MAINS ON’ lamp indication. 2. 2A RYBN Control MCB With LED Indication 3. Test ON – Test OFF push button along with ‘Test ON’ lamp indication. 4. Contactor ON/OFF Push buttons 5. Continuously variable voltage providing smooth control to maximum rated injection current in the last and variable step. 6. Digital Ammeters connected in the secondary circuit of the measuring current Transformer, giving reading of loading current from 0-6000Amps with a resolution of 1Amps. 7. A digital multifunction meter will be provided for input current measurement. 8. A digital 8 channel temperature scanner with sensors will be provided to measure temp at 8 sensor points. 9. Automatic tripping mechanism for protecting the loading transformer against over loading. LOADING TRANSFORMER / DIMMER SECTION : 1. This section will have 3 nos of double wound air cooled type loading transformer with secondary winding in each phase. Outputs of all the three phases 2. The unit will have current transformer & its Secondary terminals. 3. The Unit will have Heavy current output terminals 4. THE unit will have three independent and motor operated dimmer stats to control the output current of each phase. HOUSING The whole system will be housed within sheet (Framing 1.6MM & All Door 1.6mm) metal cabinet/panel, treated properly and powder coated.
